The November 1994 Philately Day Stamp issue depicts the computerization of Israeli Post Office. On the tab are the emlems of the Federation of International Philatelics and of the Israel Philatelic Federation. The Postal Authorities in Israel changed their cash register systems over to a computerized counter service, names Massad. This project achieved the most far reaching, technological changes in the history of the postal services.
